LaMarcus Aldridge led the Blazers with 29 points and 7 rebounds, but it was not enough to stop the Spurs on the road. Portland started the game fast by scoring 31 points in the first quarter. They led as many as 8 points and by 4 points going to the second quarter. Bad new for the Blazers as Marcus Camby came down with an ankle injury after shooting the ball. The Blazers lost the momentum and they went on to score 16 points in the second quarter and 18 points in the third and fourth quarter. The final score: Portland Trail Blazers 83 – San Antonio Spurs 99.
