Portland Trail Blazers 78 – San Antonio Spurs 95

The Portland Trail Blazers hoped to continue their winning streak against the Spurs, but they shot themselves out of the game. Brandon Roy scored nine points on 4-of-16 shooting and Nicolas Batum with five points on 2-of-9 shooting. The Blazers winning steak was stopped at four after winning against the Phoenix Suns on their first game of the road trip. LaMarcus Aldridge scored 16 points and Marcus Camby added 11 points and 13 rebounds. Wesley Matthews continued to play well with 17 points for the Trail Blazers.

For the Spurs, they improved the NBA-best record to 20-3 with George Hill scoring 22 points. Manu Ginobili added 18 points and Tim Duncan didn’t need to do much.

The Blazers will be in Memphis to take on the Grizzlies at 5:00 PM on Monday night.
