Portland Trail Blazers 108 – Minnesota Timberwolves 98

Wesley Matthews scored a career-high 36 points and the Portland Trail Blazers defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves 108 – 98 on the road. Matthews hit all five three-pointers and scored 19 points in the first quarter. He made seven of eight three-pointers in the game. LaMarcus Aldridge continued to show his All-star worthy with 28 points and 10 rebounds. Andre Miller added 16 points and 10 assists to pass Muggsy Bogues for the 16th place in the career assist list.

It was the 14th consecutive victory for the Trail Blazers over the Timberwolves. Portland will play nine of the next 11 games at the Rose Garden.
