Coaching by interim head coach Kaleb Canales, the Blazers played a calm and entertained game, giving the coach his first victory. Nicolas Batum helped out early with 11 points in the first quarter and 15 points for the game. Batum also grabbed 9 rebounds in the win. Three other players were in double figures: Wesley Matthews with 18 points, Raymond Felton with 16 points, and Nolan Smith with 12 points off the bench.
