The Blazers were about to give up on the season after a 6-game losing streak, but they bounded back to beat the Clippers 100-91 at the Rose Garden. Portland almost gave up in the third quarter again when they were outscored by the Clippers 27-17. Wesley Matthews led the Blazers with 26 points in the front of a sold-out crowd. Marcus Camby scored 12 points and grabbed 19 rebounds in the victory.
For the Clippers, Eric Gordon led the way with 24 points. Blake Griffin added 21 points and 15 rebounds in the loss.
