LaMarcus Aldridge scored 19 points and grabbed 17 rebounds to lead the Blazers over the Pistons 100-78 at the Rose Garden. Unlike the game against the Lakers, The Blazers were aggressive from the start by scoring 36 points in the first quarter and they led as many as 25 points. Nicolas Batum continued to play well with 17 points and Rudy Fernandez added 13 points off the bench.
Portland will travel to Oklahoma City for a rematch against the Thunder. The Blazers lost in overtime to the Thunder 106-107 earlier last week.
